Creators must ensure they have the rights needed to perform, stream, and distribute music on ILTS.

No platform PRO blanket

Unless ILTS publishes a written update, ILTS does not provide ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, or other performing-rights organization blanket licenses covering your streams. Playing covers or third-party recordings without permission can lead to takedowns and account action.

Your responsibility

• Clear composition rights and sound-recording rights as required.
• Do not upload or stream content you are not authorized to use.
