Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement is a contract between you and ILTS when you enable creator features. It is accepted by a separate checkbox during viewer-to-creator onboarding and must be re-acknowledged after material changes.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. Creators must not onboard from OFAC-sanctioned countries or other jurisdictions ILTS or its payment partners exclude.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of your original content. You grant ILTS a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, display, perform, distribute, and use your content to operate the Service and for advertising and promotion on and off the platform.

You represent that you have all rights needed for your streams and uploads, including appearances of other people.

3. Music

You are responsible for clearing composition and sound-recording rights. ILTS does not provide an ASCAP/BMI/SESAC (or similar) blanket license unless a future written policy says otherwise. See the Music / Covers Policy.

4. Conduct and rooms

You are responsible for your shows and chat rooms, including moderation tools you control. Follow the Community Guidelines.

5. Payouts and tax

Payouts use platform-supported methods (for example Stripe Connect). You must provide accurate tax and identity information. Ticket and tip economics may be reported separately for compliance.

6. Fan data

When a fan purchases related to your content, ILTS may share that purchaser’s email with you for that purchase. Use fan data only as allowed by law and ILTS policy. Other fan data sharing requires voluntary consent.

7. Termination

ILTS may suspend creator features for violations of this Agreement, the Terms, or law. Material updates to this Agreement require your re-acknowledgment before continued monetized use.
