Sparks Terms

Sparks are ILTS platform virtual currency. These Sparks Terms supplement the Terms of Service and Terms of Sale.

1. Nature of Sparks

• Sparks have no cash value for users and are not withdrawable by viewers.
• Sparks may be used only on the Service as ILTS allows (for example tickets, tips, programs, gifts).
• Creator redemption of earned proceeds (payouts) is separate from viewer Sparks balances and follows creator payout rules.

2. Buying Sparks

Fiat purchases of Sparks are sold by ILTS as merchant of record. Supported payment methods and fees are shown at checkout.

3. Tips

Tips sent with Sparks are intended as gratuities and are generally final when sent, except where ILTS elects to reverse a tip for fraud, error, or policy reasons.

4. Tickets, programs, and gifts

Redeeming Sparks for access or gifts follows product rules for each feature (including Fan Bus gift-ticket riders where applicable). Digital access may be revoked for fraud, chargeback, or policy violations.

5. Inactivity and forfeiture (important)

If you do not perform a qualifying activity for six (6) months, your Sparks balance may be subject to forfeiture.

Qualifying activity (sender-side only):

• Ticket purchase
• Tip sent
• Gift sent

Receiving Sparks does not reset the inactivity timer.

Process:

1. Your balance may be flagged for the forfeiture path. 2. Amounts may move to a segregated forfeiture state. 3. Admin approval is required before forfeiture is applied. 4. Until finalized per policy, forfeiture entries remain reversible.

6. Changes

We may update these Sparks Terms by posting a new effective date. Viewer acceptance of updates follows the Terms of Service notice rules.
