Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ILTS (I Love This Song) websites, apps, and related services (the “Service”) operated by ILTS (Wyoming). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and (when you buy or use Sparks) the Sparks Terms and Terms of Sale. Creators also agree to the Creator Agreement.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to create a viewer account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to become a creator or use creator monetization features.
• The Service may be unavailable in certain locations. Access may be restricted for legal, sanctions (OFAC), or policy reasons. Geolocation controls are approximate and not a guarantee of territorial compliance.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Do not share login credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. User content and chat

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ILTS a license to host, display, and use that content to operate and promote the Service, including advertising on and off the platform, as described in the Creator Agreement where applicable.

Creators and channel operators are responsible for content in their rooms and streams. ILTS has the right (but not the obligation) to moderate, remove, or restrict content and access.

Unauthorized recording or redistribution of streams or other Service content is prohibited.

5. Paid features

Purchases of Sparks and paid access are governed by the Sparks Terms and Terms of Sale. ILTS is the merchant of record for fiat Sparks purchases. Spending Sparks for tickets, tips, programs, or gifts is an internal currency redemption, not a separate card purchase to a creator.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is and as available. See also Disclaimers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ILTS disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ILTS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Binding arbitration and a class-action waiver apply to disputes arising out of these Terms or the Service, except where prohibited by law. Details of the arbitration forum and process may be updated in a later revision.
