ILTS respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of claimed infringement consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) where applicable.

How to submit a notice

Email support@ilts.co with “DMCA Notice” in the subject and include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature 2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed 3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (URL) 4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email) 5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law 6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Counter-notices and repeat infringers

We may forward notices to the alleged infringer. Repeat infringers may have accounts terminated. Designated agent details may be updated on this page in a later revision.
