ILTS Campaign Rules

You agree to these rules for each fundraising campaign you publish on ILTS. Agreement is recorded per campaign, with the version of these rules in force at the time. These rules are in addition to the Creator Agreement, Terms of Service, and Terms of Sale.

1. You are the seller

ILTS hosts your campaign and processes payments. You, not ILTS, offer and fulfill every reward. ILTS is not the seller or provider of your rewards, does not guarantee that your project will be completed, and is not responsible for delivery.

2. Honest description

Describe the project accurately. Do not overstate progress, endorsements, or what a supporter will receive. If your plans change materially, update the campaign page and tell your supporters.

3. Rewards and fulfillment

• Only offer rewards you can reasonably deliver.
• The target fulfillment date you set is your own good-faith estimate. Communicate delays promptly.
• Deliver every reward a supporter paid for, or offer that supporter a refund.
• Do not offer equity, securities, loans, lottery entries, raffles, or anything requiring a license you do not hold.

4. Prohibited campaigns

You may not raise funds for illegal activity, weapons, drugs, hate or harassment campaigns, sexual content involving minors, medical or financial claims you cannot substantiate, or on behalf of someone else without their permission.

5. Use of funds

Use the funds you raise for the project you described. Funds released to you are yours to manage, and you are responsible for any tax owed.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

Supporter refunds follow the Terms of Sale. ILTS may refund supporters and recover the amount from your balance where a campaign is abandoned, materially misrepresented, or in breach of these rules.

7. Enforcement

ILTS may pause, unpublish, or cancel a campaign that violates these rules or applicable law, and may withhold release of funds while a dispute is reviewed.
